Clubhouse Pass Refactor Design
Developed business and design recommendations to increase player engagement and profitability for PGA 2K’s battle pass system, the Clubhouse Pass. This included release cadence, tier structure and progression, content reward types, and overall presentation styles. Presented to HB Studios and 2K leadership, which adopted 10 of the 12 recommendations for the title’s release.
